Most of us have been there! Things are not working as they should, your device has become slower and slower over time, or perhaps you just need a hand setting up a new device or program. We are pleased to offer you technical support, training and a health check service, to solve any problems you may have with your computer/device (where necessary). Many problems can be solved remotely over the phone in the comfort of your own home.

Some examples of tasks we can help with include:

  • Help and support if your device is not working correctly or has become very slow.
  • Assistance with using a new program or device.
  • Help to complete common tasks that require sighted assistance, such as online shopping, learning how to use a new device around your home and much much more!
  • Help with uploading content to the internet that requires sighted help.

We offer 3 options. Home visits, Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly packages.

Home visits

We offer home visits across the UK. We can supply you with products, train you how to use them and update any existing set ups that you already have. All of this done in the comfort of your own home!

Pay As You Go

Our Pay As You Go package is ideal if you occasionally need assistance, for example to solve a problem or complete a task. There are no on-going costs and you only pay a one-off fee for the time used. The current rate is £10 per 15 minutes. For example, if we work with you for half an hour, the charge would be £20.

Pay Monthly Packages

Our Pay Monthly packages are ideal for those people who need regular training or support each month. This can be provided via telephone, email, online via Zoom, or via SMS text messaging. If you do go over your monthly support allowance, you will be charged our Pay As You Go rate with a 25% discount. Recordings of your session can be sent to you via email.

By signing up for a Monthly Package (via Standing Order or PayPal) you can be sure you will have regular support as and when you need it.

Prices for the various packages are as follows:

Bronze package: £25 a month

This package is ideal if you occasionally need technical support. For £25 a month, you will receive the following.

  • A total of 1 hour of technical support per month worth £40.
  • A free Annual Health Check for 1 device worth £200 to make sure your computer is working to it’s full potential.
  • Access to member only webinars.
  • Weekly technology tips delivered via email.
  • A 25% discount off our usual pay as you go rate if you go over your allowance.

Silver package: £50 a month

For £50 a month, you will receive the following:

  • A total of 2 hours of technical support per month worth £80.
  • A free Annual Health Check for 2 devices worth £400 to make sure your computer is working to it’s full potential.
  • 5% discount off all our products and services.
  • Access to member only webinars.
  • Weekly technology tips delivered via email.
  • A 25% discount off our usual pay as you go rate if you go over your allowance.

Gold package: £75 a month

For £75 a month, you will receive the following:

  • A total of 3 hours of technical support per month worth £120.
  • A free Annual Health Check for 3 devices worth £600 to make sure your device is working to it’s full potential.
  • 10% discount off all our products and services.
  • Access to member only webinars.
  • Weekly technology tips delivered via email.
  • A 25% discount off our usual pay as you go rate if you go over your allowance.

Platinum package: £100 a month

For £100 a month, you will receive the following:

  • A total of 4 hours of technical support per month worth £160.
  • A free Annual Health Check for 4 devices worth £800 to make sure your device is working to it’s full potential.
  • 15% discount off all our products and services.
  • Access to member only webinars.
